Appointments and Emergencies

You can telephone or call in to make appointments. Private patients can book online.
If you need to be seen urgently, telephone the surgery straight away for advice. If treatment is essential we will do our best to arrange it that day, but do phone early.

If you need urgent dental advice outside surgery hours, telephone 01908 372885. The answer phone will give you the emergency number. We take part in the ‘Out of Hours’ scheme administered by the Out of Hours NHS Services.

We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting, there will be a good reason and we thank you for being patient.

If you have to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. This enables us to offer your appointment to someone else. There may be a charge for late cancellations or broken private appointments. We do not charge for broken NHS appointments, however we have the right to make no further appointments. Your dentist can terminate your treatment if you miss your appointment without letting the dental practice know. You may then need to pay again for a new course of treatment

The information held about you will not be shared unless we ask you and you give us permission, or we are required by law.
